At BVSD, it is our mission to provide nutritious, tasty meals that give students the nutrients they need to thrive throughout the day. Our central kitchen procures high-quality ingredients and cooks meals from scratch. In addition to the breakfast and entree options offered at BVSD, each school has a salad bar stocked with fresh fruits, veggies, and proteins. 

In addition to our commitment to serve top quality meals every day, we are passionate about supporting local farmers and producers. This keeps the food fresher and more nutritious, is better for the environment, and supports the local economy.
